About the Serenity House Network

At Serenity House Network, we believe Mayo Clinic patients heal more quickly and comfortably in a peaceful family-style home environment, surrounded by the support of their loved ones. Serenity House Network (SHN) is comprised of a network of fully-furnished Rochester homes which have been converted to provide housing to help meet the needs of Mayo Clinic patients and their families needing extended medical care. Serenity House is a duplex-style, split-level home with two private, fully furnished apartments.  The Baptist Hospitality House, the Vix, the Gauthier, and the Schuster homes are fully-furnished homes that are rented out to one guest / family at a time. At SHN, we also realize the financial hardships involved with extened medical care. We specialize in providing homes for Mayo Clinic patients needed extended medical care such as transplants. We provide a variety of accommodations ranging from $40-$89/day.

All of our SHN properties have the following amenities:

• Within 15 minute drive of Mayo Clinic
  

• Fully furnished units. Each unit has a full-sized kitchen, living room, bedrooms and bath(s).
  

• All SHN kitchens are furnished with dishes, flatware, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, etc.

• Attached garage stall(s) with remote provided and/or free off-street parking available.
